Validierung in Theorie und Praxis der beruflichen Weiterbildung.
Europaweit gibt es gegenwärtig intensive Bemühungen, die Kompetenzen berufserfahrener Erwachsener aufzuzeigen, anzuerkennen und nutzbar zu machen. Die Partner des Erasmus+ „ValiSkills3“ Projekts aus Deutschland, Norwegen, den Niederlanden, Polen, Österreich und der Schweiz unterstützen mit ihrem Vorhaben den Austausch von Informationen und Erfahrungen bei der Einführung nationaler Validierungssystemen für den Bedarf der beruflichen Weiterbildung.
Auf ihrem eigenen Praxishintergrund führen die Projektpartner einen Austausch in Form thematischer Blogdiskussionen und unmittelbarer Anschauung vor Ort.
Das durch die ABU gGmbH koordinierte Projekt stützt sich auf die Ergebnisse von drei Vorgängerprojekten zum gleichen Thema.

Across Europe, there are currently intensive efforts to demonstrate the skills of professionally experienced adults, to recognize them and to make them usable. The partners of the Erasmus + „ValiSkills3“ project from Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Austria and Switzerland support the exchange of information and experience in the introduction of national validation systems for the needs of professional training.
Based on their own practical background, the project partners conduct an exchange in the form of thematic blog discussions and direct viewing on site.
The project coordinated by ABU gGmbH is based on the results of three previous projects on the same topic.
