Die ABU gGmbH durchläuft angesichts neuer und sich verändernder Anforderungen in Digitalisierungsprozessen und den Umgang mit aktuellen Medien in der allgemeine Erwachsenenbildung sowie die berufliche Weiterbildung einen tiefgreifenden Veränderungsprozess. Diese neuen Herausforderungen an das Profil und die Qualifikation des Managements sowie des gesamten Lehr- und Verwaltungspersonals bedarf Neugierde, Lernfreude und das Wissen um unsere Abläufe und Ansätze. Die Zusammenarbeit mit ausländischen Partnern bringt wichtige Impulse für die Bewältigung dieser Entwicklungsaufgaben mit auf unsere Bedarfe zugeschnittenen Ideen. Partner bei der Umsetzung dieses Projekts ist die dänische Erwachsenenbildungseinrichtung VUC Storstrøm, die über einen großen Entwicklungsvorsprung bei der Digitalisierung von Bildungs- und Organisationsprozessen verfügt.
The ABU gGmbH is going through new and changing requirements in digitization processes and the handling of current media in general adult education as well as professional development are a profound process of change. These new challenges to the profile and the qualification of the management as well as the entire teaching and administrative staff require curiosity, a willingness to learn and the knowledge of our processes and approaches. The cooperation with foreign partners provides important impulses for mastering these development tasks with ideas tailored to our needs. The partner in the implementation of this project is the Danish adult education institution VUC Storstrøm, which has a major development lead in the digitization of educational and organizational processes.
